I Wonder If He Meant General Old Ben Kenobi?
Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi, Padawan of Qui-Gon Jin, has seen much during his lifetime. From ineptly programmed battledroids to tens of thousands of clones that were made from the DNA of a bounty hunter. He has also fought directly against a minimum of two Sith Lords.
This model came in the Star Wars: Legion Clone Wars core box set. I like the pose. Painting him was pretty straightforward. And overall I am happy with the results. Particularly his clothing. I always have room for improvement with faces. I tend to quit when I get to a point that I am at least a little content. Because I have a knack for screwing up models faces by adding too many layers and shades.
For his light saber, I used a medium bright blue for the base, then a lighter color blue in places. Next, I used a white drybrush before using a blue glaze over the whole thing.
