Phase One had gone just f#@kin ducky, and I was ready to take a break and paint some Iron Hands (for which I have a greater plan along with the Salamanders ally I have started, but more on that later. Likely, much later). Then the big two day narrative event got in the way.
With my Warhound finished, I would now put all of my efforts into finishing the diorama base. Which I had been working on at the same time as the titan. In addition to building the base, I would also craft a story for the scene I was making. When the dust settled, I was left with something I could be super proud of.
In Part 2 of my Warhound build I work on, and finish, the upper half of the model. Bringing this model to completion. I also finally figure out what I am going to do about my little problem with the titans left foot.
From June to November 2020, during the first year of COVID hell, I was working on a massive project. Titanic even. This is the first in a three part series detailing how I achieved my ever evolving vision for this project. From start to finish.
It’s November.
Wait, It’s November? That can’t be right. Right? It was just January… Or was it July…
Part 6 wraps up this series about my year at the hobby desk.
And now the 3rd season of Covid. Somehow, still hard to believe.
For us, not much has changed at home. My wife was working from home. I was still working an alternate schedule. And the scope of my Titan project was also about to get much larger.
We are well into June now. The end of June actually. My hobby rut has its grip on my throat. Tyson and I are still doing the Blackstone Fortress thing online occasionally.
At this point Covid-19 has been a part of the world’s vocabulary for half of a year. Insane. What’s even more so is, it’s still not looking like it will be ending anytime soon…
