The XVI Legion – The Son’s of Horus Ally for the Horus Heresy

At this point it seems inevitable that I would paint a collection of Sons of Horus models, as, well this is the Horus Heresy, and I already had a painted army of Word Bearers. Makes sense to paint up the Legion that they corrupted first. I had planned an ally detachment that could loosely function as a Zone Mortalis list originally, but, as you can imagen, there are many models now waiting in the Pile of Awesome to join the XXVI legion.

As of right now, I have 43 models painted, with more to come eventually…
