Tyson’s Blades of Khorne

Khorne cares not from where the blood flows

One of the interesting thing about Daemons across the Warhammer games is that they transcend genres and games, being wildly useful models. This collection started as some Khorne Daemons that I wanted to use alongside my Black Legion models in Warhammer 40k, and then the full usefulness of the models came to light.

Currently, in this collection, including both aspects of the Age of Sigmar game, I have 104 models painted.

Khorne Daemons

The Daemons of Khorne collection was purchased and painted many years back with an expectation of using them in Warhammer 40k alongside another Chaos army, be it another flavor of Daemons or Chaos Space Marines. I had also purchased a pile of Black Legion and that was likely to be their first match-up. Never happened. These Daemons have been used in Age of Sigmar and even Horus Heresy, but, nope, never 40k.

Mortals

I already had a fully painted yet small collection of Khorne Daemons. I already owned the first Age of Sigmar box. One day I decided to combine them and have an extra AoS army painted while I was in the middle of other projects.
